About the Project

Hangul, the Korean alphabet, was created by King Sejong in 1443. The King Sejong Institute in New York, which is supported and designated by the Korean government, aims to promote Korean language education and Korean culture.

With its phonetically consistent pronunciation, learning to read Hangul is a piece of cake. This infographic poster is designed to help students at the institute or anyone interested in Korean to easily learn the basics of Hangul pronunciation.
